Terms of Service

Kamaiyo is a creator affiliate platform. It lets you turn products and offers into trackable links, share them on your own channels, and earn a commission when someone makes a qualifying purchase through your link. Kamaiyois an intermediary: the underlying sale is between the shopper and the retailer, and the commission is reported and settled through an affiliate network we integrate with. We are not the seller of any product and do not take part in the shopper’s transaction.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
• One account per person. You must give accurate information and keep it current, including the payout details we need to pay you.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised use.
• We may ask you to verify your identity (KYC) before releasing a payout, as required by law and by our payment partners.

When a shopper buys through your link and the retailer records the sale, a conversion is reported to us by the affiliate network. Each conversion starts as pending until the retailer confirms it — usually after its return window closes. Only confirmed commission is added to your withdrawable balance.

• Commission rates, cookie/attribution windows and confirmation times are set by each retailer and network, not by us, and can change at any time.
• A conversion can be rejected or reversed by the retailer — for example if the order is returned, cancelled, partly refunded, or found to breach the retailer’s rules. If a confirmed commission is later reversed, we adjust your balance accordingly.
• We show earnings figures for information only. Kamaiyo does not guarantee any level of clicks, conversions or income.

• You can request a payout once your confirmed, withdrawable balance is above the current minimum shown in the app (presently ₹200).
• Payouts are made to the verified UPI or bank details on your account. Make sure they are correct — we are not liable for a transfer sent to details you provided.
• You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings. We may deduct tax at source (TDS) and issue the related statements where the law requires it.
• We may hold, review or delay a payout where we reasonably suspect fraud, a reversal, or a breach of these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Generate clicks or conversions dishonestly — including buying through your own links to earn commission, incentivising or faking clicks, cookie-stuffing, or using bots, scripts or automated traffic.
• Misrepresent an offer, a price, a discount, or your relationship with a retailer; or use spam, misleading claims, or a retailer’s trademarks and creative in ways they do not permit.
• Bid on a retailer’s brand terms in paid search where the retailer prohibits it.
• Post links in a way that breaks the law, infringes anyone’s rights, or violates the terms of the channel you share on.
• Interfere with, probe, or try to circumvent the security or tracking of the Platform.

When you share an affiliate link you must clearly disclose that you may earn a commission, as required by the ASCI guidelines and applicable advertising and consumer-protection law. The disclosure must be upfront and prominent — not buried in a caption, hashtag block, or behind a “more” link — and use a recognised label such as #ad, #advertisement, #sponsored, #collaboration or #partnership. The captions Kamaiyo suggests include a disclosure; you are responsible for keeping it clear and in place.

The Platform, its software, design and the Kamaiyo name and marks belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform to promote offers under these Terms. Retailer and brand names and logos belong to their respective owners; their appearance on the Platform does not imply that Kamaiyo is endorsed by or partnered with those owners beyond the affiliate relationship that makes an offer available.

Offers, prices, availability, order fulfilment, returns and customer service are the retailer’s responsibility. Attribution and commission reporting are handled by the affiliate network. Kamaiyo is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any retailer or network, and any dispute about an order itself is between you (or the shopper) and that retailer.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account, withhold or reverse earnings, and refuse service where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, a breach of these Terms, or a legal or payment-partner requirement. Confirmed commission that is genuinely owed and not affected by a reversal will still be paid out through the normal process where we are able to do so.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular earnings will result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kamaiyo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or loss of profits or expected earnings. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the total commission we paid you in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify Kamaiyo against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your content or promotions, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material we will take reasonable steps to notify you, for example by a notice in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Platform after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any right you have under consumer law, the courts at Bengaluru shall have jurisdiction. We would always rather resolve a concern directly first — please contact us before taking any other step.
