Cookie Policy

A cookie is a small file a site stores on your device. Similar technologies include local storage and tracking parameters added to a link. Together they let a service remember you, keep you signed in, and understand how the service is used.

Strictly necessary

• Keeping you securely signed in and protecting your session.
• Remembering essential preferences and keeping the app working.

Attribution

• When a shopper clicks one of your links, a tracking parameter and the retailer’s own affiliate cookie record which link led to the visit, so a resulting sale is credited to you. This attribution runs on the retailer’s and the affiliate network’s side; the cookie window is set by them.

Analytics

• Aggregate, mostly de-identified measurement of how the Platform is used, so we can fix problems and improve it. We keep this to the minimum we need.

We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles of you, and we do not sell your data.

When you follow a Kamaiyolink to a retailer, that retailer and the affiliate network set their own cookies under their own policies — this is what makes affiliate attribution work. We do not control those cookies. Please see the retailer’s and network’s own cookie policies for details.

• Your browser lets you block or delete cookies. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you from signing in and using the Platform.
• Blocking attribution cookies (yours or a retailer’s) can prevent a sale from being credited to the creator who referred it.
