Refund & Cancellation Policy

Creating an account, generating links and receiving payouts is free. If we ever introduce an optional paid feature, its price and any refund terms will be shown clearly before you pay, and those terms will govern that purchase.

• Commission is earned when a shopper buys through your link and the retailer records the sale. It starts as pending and becomes withdrawable only after the retailer confirms it, once its return window has closed.
• Confirmation times, rates and windows are set by each retailer and the affiliate network, not by Kamaiyo.

A retailer can reject or reverse a conversion — for example when an order is returned, cancelled, partly refunded, or found to breach the retailer’s rules. When that happens:

• A pending conversion that is rejected simply does not become earnings.
• A confirmed commission that is later reversed is removed from your balance by an offsetting entry. If it had already been paid out, the amount may be recovered from future earnings or otherwise reconciled.
• Each rejected or reversed conversion shows its reason in your Order Tracking and Earnings pages.

• You can withdraw once your confirmed balance is above the minimum shown in the app (presently ₹200), to your verified UPI or bank details.
• A payout that fails because of incorrect details you provided will be returned for you to correct; Kamaiyo is not responsible for money sent to details you gave.
• We may withhold or delay a payout where we reasonably suspect fraud or a pending reversal, or where a KYC or legal check is outstanding.
• Applicable taxes, including TDS where required, may be deducted before a payout.

You can close your account at any time from your account settings, or by emailing hello@kamaiyo.com. On closure:

• Any confirmed balance genuinely owed to you and not subject to a reversal will be paid out through the normal process, provided your verified payout details are on file.
• Pending conversions that have not yet been confirmed by the retailer may lapse.
• We keep the records we are legally required to keep, as described in our Privacy Policy.
